Anxiety And Depression

Dear Brownie,

I'm not going to write much because the videos say everything I really need to. I think it's positively horrendous that people don't talk about mental health and indeed mental wealth as much as they should. We take all these things for granted and I most definitely want that to change. I'm making these videos to remind people that its okay to be #notokay  because saying you're not okay doesn't make it permanent. You're allowed to be honest about your life, your feelings, your thoughts. We are all ready to listen. Mental illness is not a one size fits all, it's not a problem and one time solution situation either, it's a process that needs to be acknowledged and of course respected.

 

More on my #notokay movement soon. For now, here's my story:

If you're going through anything at all, I want you to know its okay to not be okay sometimes. Just realise it, respect it and correct it. I love all of you that are reading this and indeed all of you that don't.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. I go through the same thing. I am so hyped outside but indoors am very quiet and dull and locked up. You have helped me realize that I am not the only one going through things like this. Thank you soooooo much for sharing
