Let's Be Real
My Fitness journey fell off track as soon as my exams took over. I can own up to it and say I'm getting back on track thank GOD! It's really difficult for me to see that I can't put in the work I want to to ge the body and I want. I'd consider this a set back. My conclusion has been to invuest time in researching Non-gym / at home work outs. That's my flapjack.
But that's not what this post is about! How are you? How is everyone doing? Yes, this is indeed an outfit post BUT I'm also going to be sharing 3 tips I have found useful for getting back on track anytime I have a setback in anything in life!
3 Tips to get back on track...
- Remind yourslef how important said thing is
- Write down a plan to get it back and right
- Tell others about it. this gives you someone to answer to, just in case you fall off again!
